Please consider adding a content license to this page. See the bottom of
[1] for an example of how to do this. It would make moving stuff to/from
this page to other things like the dev-ref easier, and opens up the
possibility of this material being incorporated into a package/the
archive one day. It will be very hard to do once there are multiple
authors to the page.

[2] Yes this approach really sucks, but it's the best we have right now.
   I've been wanting to pick back up sorting out wiki content licensing
   after a long haitus but haven't had the time or spoons yet.
