qutebrowser is a keyboard-focused browser with a minimal GUI. It’s based on 
Python, PyQt5 QtWebKit and QtWebEngine and free software, licensed under the GPL.
It was inspired by other browsers/addons like dwb and Vimperator/Pentadactyl.
But unlike dwb and other vim-like Browsers it does not rely on webkitgtk as the 
backend but on the newer QtWebKit and QtWebEngine (Chromium engine).

I already did the packaging. The files can be found in my github repository:

I also intend to package the dependency python3-pypeg2 do I have to write a seperate
ITP for it?
