Platform support library for libCEC. It includes C++ wrappers for
platform-specific atomic operations, threading, sockets and also
string utilities.

This package provides the necessary files needed for development.

Upstream uses the "platform" and libplatform name but I found those too
generic for the archive and I'm trying to convince them about that here:

This package is a dependency of next libcec release which is needed by
Kodi 15.
