While this nicely covers the "get all the relevant bug numbers" part, it
doesn't handle preparing and sending all the emails.

I guess I can script something based on that. But tbh, I'm a bit
surprised that no such tool exists yet.

I wonder how Lucas et al, who run MBFs regularly, deal with that problem.
