 The oslo.concurrency library provides solutions for managing concurrency and
 locks within OpenStack projects.

Note: I asked upstream to provide a better short and long description. In
fact, I raised the topic upstream multiple times that these should be done
better, and I hope to see improvements. When I get a better long desc
upstream, I'll of course forward this to the Debian package.
