Hi Olivier,
the home page of Picard (<http://picard.sourceforge.net/index.shtml>) has been
recently updated to mention both https://github.com/broadinstitute/picard and
https://github.com/samtools/htsjdk, so I guess that they work together and
that the fix in HTSJDK will eventually propagate to Picard ?
