Note how a /-search for "wanna" on [10] finds the eMail address to use,
but says nothing about the format, and is not linked; [11] is worse, it
only shows a link to the source code.

Searching for "wanna" or "wb" on
https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/
is also empty, but the content is in devref:
              [95]5.10.3. Porting infrastructure and automation
5.10.3.3. wanna-build

Deep hidden, the links:

To determine who (wanna-build team, release team) and how (mail, BTS) to contact, refer to
   [160]http://lists.debian.org/debian-project/2009/03/msg00096.html.

When requesting binNMUs or give-backs (retries after a failed build), please use the format
   described at [161]http://release.debian.org/wanna-build.txt.

A bit puzzled, why the RT (who are doing testing, AIUI) has the
format and info for w-bâ?¦ but I can understand it, itâ??s just not
obvious.

And even then, reading [161] I still made the mistake of assuming
machine parsing of the eMail and did not include any text for the
humans there, leading to a reply asking for the reason of the gb,
to which I replied.

tl;dr: Make [161] clearer on that the message is to humans and
that the format is only to be included in it somewhere, and link
to [161] from [10].

Thanks,
