This is not even necessary.

This is the only missing piece as of today. Anyone interested should get
in touch with the FTP masters for advice on how to implement it with the
current code.

Patches to debhelper already exist, to generate one udeb for each
arch-dependent deb. No need to change anything in the buildd
infrastructure.
