     Whenever I restart my machine the screen is completely dimmed till login
     page where i need to bring it back manually to normal brightness.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
     Nothing in particular. Just restart machine.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
     Screen brightness is completely low.
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
     Brightness stays the same as set.

You filed 706603 two days ago, with very little info (albeit providing more 
when asked) and today you filed #706737 which is really just a request for 
support - thus I'm closing this "bug".
