I'd like to propose updates to:

(1) Use URL instead of real FSF address everywhere

    Rationale: Commas are used between years YYYY,YYYY,YYY and not at the
    end. Compare to section "Copyright" where there are no ending commas.

(3) Uniform Layout

    E.g.

    Rationale: The whole document uses one-space indent for consequtive
    lines.
