any suggestions? is it ok to move libgcrypt11, libgpg-error0 and
libcryptsetup1 from /usr/lib/ to /lib in order to make them available
before $remotefs?

the two advantages are, that the cryptsetup binary no longer needs
static linking, and systemd can use the libcryptsetup1 library.
