No wonder I didn't see it, it doesn't have xen in the name. However that is only a domU kernel,
Ben Hutchings said there was a dom0 kernel - was he mistaken?

Hmm. Looks like I was brain dead and did the wrong type of search (searched
contents of package as opposed to package names).
