update htop to 0.65

Hi all,
     Forgive if this is not the correct list to post to. I like htop
& the latest version of htop is 0.6.5
http://htop.sourceforge.net/index.php?page=downloads while the package
even in unstable is at 0.6.3
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/utils/htop . Can it be
updated/upgraded? Cheers !
