The upload seems to be from someone OTHER than the ITP.
The upload was from Florian Ragwitz <rafl@debian.org> and the ITP from
Paul Brossier <piem@debian.org>.
The changelog doesn't mention an ITP from Florian. This seems to be bad
form..
