I installed the following:
linux-uvc-source_0.1.0-1_i386.deb  
linux-uvc-tools_0.1.0-1_i386.deb

then run

# m-a prepare
# m-a a-i linux-uvc

Updated infos about 1 packages

Kernel headers available in /lib/modules/2.6.17-1-686/build
apt-get install build-essential
