it would be better to mention, what FormEncode actually validates. I
guess it validates and generates HTML code, but it is not clear from the
description.
also, PSF doesn't seem to be a license, but more an acronym for "Python
Software Foundation". after reading the Python License, i'm even not
sure whether it is possible to license third-party software under it, as
it seems to talk about the PSF all the time, and that doesn't apply for
software which is not copyrighted by the PSF, am i correct here?
