Description : instrumentation providers for WBEM accessing kernel parameters

This package contains a set of CIM providers (and according CIM class
definitions) allowing to manage kernel parameters (accessible via /proc fs).

To be able to use this package, you have to install CIMOM (for
example, owcimomd package) and some kind of WBEM client (for example,
sblim-wbemcli).

CMPI is a standard for extending WBEM service (aka CIMOM) with capabilities
to manage some particular types of resources available in the local system.

WBEM stands for Web Based Enterprise Managment which is a set of standards
and technologies intended to manage various aspects of a computer systems
in standardized, object oriented manner. WBEM objects represent various
instances in the system (processes, network interfaces, partitions,
services etc.).

A bit older version of the package (1.2.0) is available at:
http://www.pronet.pl/~rlewczuk/debs/sblim-cmpi-params

All dependencies (those not in Debian) are also available on this site.
Latest version will be available soon.
