yes i thinks its the same problem.
but what makes me sad is:

what makes me sad is that he has got the time for replies
like:

I know, I have a patch for this too.

Yes. It was posted by one of the debian hotplug maintainers, who at the
same time is also the debian udev maintainer...  Unbelievable, isn't it?

but he hasnt got the time to submit this patch?
