Yes, I know.  AFAICT, the only way for h-b to not be in Debian
would be if Thibaut VARENE, who filed the original ITP, decided
not to submit the package to Debian.

For all you raving anti-censorship types, note the phrasing of
my previous sentence.  It does *not* say, "don't package h-b",
and it does *not* say, remove the upstream package.
