I did :

foldoc, gcide, wikipedia, and the merriam-webster on my shelf all include 
some form of 'with the goal of sexual arousal' in their definition of 
pornography.

Given that the (primary at the very least) goal of these pictures is to give 
an indication of the CPU-load they are arguably not pornographic (and IMO 
if the goal _was_ sexual arousal they fail horribly)

Of course opinions of what is pr0n and what is not differ wildly, there was 
a case in America a while back where a parent was convicted as a pedofile 
for taking a picture of his 3-year old playing with a sausage at the 
kitchen table, apperently the sausage was a phallic symbole which made the 
whole thing porn, and another where the picture was of a baby breastfeeding 
(hm I'm hungry, I guess that shows, me is off to eat)
