The package is working, but:
a) I lack an sponsor to upload it to Debian.
b) I tried to send an email to current mozilla-firefox-locale-xx package
maintainers, but something happened because I got 0 replies, and I also got
some error messages. I need to know which of the current locale-xx packages
want to be migrated to the new locale-all package.
c) Depending on b), and before uploading the package, maybe we need to add a
Conflicts: field to some of the binary packages.
