Nice -- I wouldn't mind trying that, it looked pretty on the screenshots on
one of the KDE advocacy sites.  Two quick questions:
-- Will this transparently remove existing files via something like the
   dpkg alternatives mechanism ?  That would allow for easy installation and     
   removal.
-- The package name looks a bit odd. kwin-$FOO for a theme?  Isn't there a 
   better kde convention you could use?
