Sue to the nature of mail infrastructure, putting a mail filter which is not
considered stable by upstream feels to me (and most likely to Duncan Finlay,
who is the head SA maintainer) a bit risky. I would not want to miss some
mails (or them to be rejected) because SA has some nasty bugs.
And yes, SA 3.x introduces API changes which make it not a drop-in replacement
of SA 2.x which use the perl libraries and modules which SA provides.
