ctags dangling symlink and emacs21-common

I found a little problem, but dont know where to report it.

On a sarge box, the man-db daily cron warns:
  /usr/share/man/man1/ctags.1.gz is a dangling symlink

Indeed:
/usr/share/man/man1/ctags.1.gz -> /etc/alternatives/ctags.1.gz
/etc/alternatives/ctags.1.gz -> /usr/share/man/man1/ctags.xemacs21.1.gz
But /usr/share/man/man1/ctags.xemacs21.1.gz is not there
only /usr/share/man/man1/ctags.1emacs21.gz, which belongs to emacs21-common.

I guess it's only a typo in emacs21-common?
or a Lucid Emacs come back ;-)
