If your request is concerning registration problems please check the following items:

1. Make sure the registration number you were sent does not contain any spaces or exclamation marks.  If you see these in your registration please remove them and retry the registration.

2. If you did not receive your registration information and are using a Hotmail or MSN account please check your bulk mail folder for the confirmation email.

3. If your software will not register with the correct information and you are using Norton's or a firewall please disable them momentarily and retry the registration.  

4.  If you lost your registration and need to reobtain it please go to our registration and software retrieval page located at http://www.aluriasoftware.com/support/regretrieval/ and enter the requested information and click Submit to retrieve it.

5.  If you recently purchased software and downloaded the 30 day trial version, please enter the registration information you received in your confirmation email into Spyware Eliminator by clicking on Help, Register and it will convert to the full version.

Our offices will be closed Friday September 3rd due to Hurricane Frances and Monday September 6th to observe Labor Day.
