I think it's a good idea for sbuild to have a look in the control file
and just go home for the rest of the day if it sees it won't be
building anything anyway.  That would prevent downloading and
installing the build-time dependencies, which is a huge waste of
bandwidth and disk space for some packages, including the kernel-patch
and kernel-image packages.  Also, that would save the buildd operator
from having a failed build show up in the logs.
