	I have certainly not been shown this.  Given the track record
 of the people saying that this has been done, I  am pretty
 skeptical -- the attitude dripping from your messages in particular
 has long been one of thinly concealed hostility.

	So as far as I am concerned, there is not enough convincing
 evidence that a dialog has been attempted civilly.
