Sorry, but this is _not_ the way to go. You can't just request to
remove the packages of some other maintainer from the archive, just
because they disagree over license issues with you (well, of course
you can, but it's not the right thing to do, at least IMHO).

If you disagree with a maintainers decision, then you cannot just
ignore it, but you really should try to convince him, and if this
doesn't work, you can seek for help on appropriate mailing lists.
Perhaps there is someone who can convince the maintainer to change his
decission. But of course, if the conflict has already escalated to the
current status, it's more difficult than before.
