Not exactly. Are you asking from the point of view of a user (then, by
the way, this is the wrong list; debian-user@lists.debian.org or
debian-user-portugese would be more appropriate), or from a developer
who has little experience with Debian?
The Debian Policy (http://www.de.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/) and the
Filesystem Hierarchy Standard (http://www.pathname.com/fhs/) migth be a
good start, or generally the information on
http://www.de.debian.org/devel/.
