And probably you could extract the package name from the current dir
(the Source: header in the first stanza of 'debian/control' or
'../debian/control' or '../../debian/control', so you support running
report-po from the source dir, from the debian dir, and from the
debian/po dir), and the 'From' from the top changelog entry (use
dpkg-parsechangelog).

That way, you usually can simply run 'report-po' without arguments.
