Not that I disagree in the least with having people fix their bugs, but
I would caution against using the simple linear metric of the RC bug
count as a release schedule metric. It tends not to behave or be treated
in the way you might predict, and it's a secondary metric compared to
more showstopper problems (e.g. finishing the installer).
