I have the same clock problem. The clock is running too fast. I can not
exactly remember the moment the problem started.
I installed chrony which helps somehow but look at the syslog:
$ grep chronyd /var/log/syslog
...
Jun 3 20:14:04 glorybox chronyd[5026]: System clock wrong by -3.675662 seconds, adjustment started
Jun 3 20:15:09 glorybox chronyd[5026]: System clock wrong by -3.421777 seconds, adjustment started
Jun 3 20:16:13 glorybox chronyd[5026]: System clock wrong by -3.216787 seconds, adjustment started
Jun 3 20:17:17 glorybox chronyd[5026]: System clock wrong by -3.267918 seconds, adjustment started
