If i want to package some orphaned packages or some new packages or some packages for adoption i need a account to upload to your ftp. But i don't have this account (don't need it in first time) Can i close a bug if i have packaged a package and uploaded to my own ftp and someone (debian developer / package maintainer) uploads it to the main ftp ?
