53 packages at the moment... Anyway, this is an issue for -qa, _if_
there is a problem, which you would need to research first, at first
glance, I don't see strong reason to assume he is MIA, and I didn't see
a mail on -qa yet. If you believe he might be MIA, please take a look at
his packages, see if they are neglected and ping him, cc'ing -qa as
appropriate.
But this bug is not on one of Takashi's packages:
