Needs maintainer: libhdf4: The Hierarchical Data Format



libhdf4 has been orphaned for 1.5 years, but there are a couple of
packages build-depending on it (e.g. dx, gdal, h5utils, qgis, tela &
ultrapoint).  Is anyone interested in adopting this package?
