The kernel-images are available in the woody-proposed-updates. They
depend on initrd-tools (>= 0.1.32woody.5), but the latest available
version for Woody (including the woody-proposed-updates) is
0.1.32woody.3.

Should I report the bug through the BTS ? Against which package ?
