I changed the description as follows:
Description: Cross-browser-wysiwyg-editor for Zope
Zope-epoz provides a web-based wysiwyg editor for editing Zope and
Plone objects. It can do edit Zope objects which contain HTML code.
.
Browsers which support rich text controls (for example, Mozilla)
are required to use Epoz.

I added the following to README.Debian:
Epoz is known to work with the following browsers which are available
in Debian GNU/Linux:
Mozilla >=1.3.1
Galeon >= 1.3.9
and stopped the advertising for non-free browsers.
Thanks Joe for his critical review of all descriptions in ITPs! It is
a great work to enhance the quality of Debian packages and obviosely necessary
for those non native speakers who more or less copy upstream descriptions
(in this case also German as I am - thus making the same errors).
I propose you for the title "Debian package description lingust" ;-)
Andreas.
