It's analogous to the descriptions in arj and unzip.

These are not in Debian (not in main at least).
I don't mind changing it, but you should speak with the maintainers of
arj and unzip first (just for the sake of consistency).
Anyway, discussing this is a waste of time, since we don't yet know if
upstream is willing to re-license.
