problems with dpkg, apt, perl etc. ( wait/waitpid)

Donno if it`s because libc6 but look at this errors :

Can't ignore signal CHLD, forcing to default.
root@XX:/var/cache/apt/archives#

Because of that i can`t update,upgrade and install packages.
If anyone knows how to fix that .. please let me know how.
