If openafs-modules-source was using the headers in /usr/include then it
was broken already.  I find that hard to believe, since kernel modules
must be built against headers that match the running kernel and there's
no way that /usr/include/linux on a Debian system could ever reliably
match the running kernel.

Please provide more detail.
