Collection of various DV command line utilities

Contacted author, no response, yet.

Furthermore, one binary (rawplay) conflicts with rawplay of package
rawrec. The latter plays audio.

Which one should be renamed - rawplay of package rawrec or rawplay
of (ITP) package smilutils? (Contacted maintainer of rawrec, too).
