These entered in queue/new.
You can also get them from http://pkg-ruby.alioth.debian.org/deb
or apt-get

 deb http://pkg-ruby.alioth.debian.org/deb ./
 deb-src http://pkg-ruby.alioth.debian.org/deb ./
