LSB v1.9 Public Review

It would be good if people here would review v1.9 in order to make
sure there's nothing in there we don't agree with. If you're a
porter, please also check the architecture specific documents.
v1.9 is availalbe at http://www.linuxbase.org/spec/
Note that there's a debian-lsb list; so Debian internal discussions
should probably be directed there instead of -devel. See
http://lists.debian.org/debian-lsb/
