I would phrase it differently: Nowadays, DNSBLs are mainly used to
enforce certain policies regarding ISP behavior at the cost of
interrupting mail communication.  IMHO, this isn't an acceptable deal,
and I don't support blacklists by using them (even for marking
messages).
