I found an odd thing while tinkering with my little script:

* junior-arcade is waiting for bugsquish, bumprace, heroes
 * bugsquish can't be removed while other packages depend on it: junior-arcade
 * bumprace can't be removed while other packages depend on it: junior-arcade
 * heroes can't be removed while other packages depend on it: junior-arcade

It appears like these are all scheduled to be removed, but are stuck waiting
for each other? What am I missing?

update_excuses.html contains the following:

* junior-arcade (- to 1.8)
 * Maintainer: Ben Armstrong 
 * 45 days old (needed 10 days)
 * Trying to remove package, not update it
 * Not considered
 * Depends: junior-arcade bugsquish (not considered)

 * 155 days old (needed 5 days)
 * Trying to remove package, not update it
 * Not considered
