Package splitting

Hi all,

Currently haskell-doc is composed upstream of 4 further-upstream
tarballs, and this single upstream is packaged for Debian. Now 3 of the
upperstreams have been merged into a single Haskell report, leaving the
report and gentle introduction.

I think it would be cleaner to make this into 3 debs. haskell-report
will contain the report (language definition),
haskell-gentle-introduction the gentle introduction and haskell-report
would depend on these and also suggest hugs-doc, ghc5-doc, nhc98-doc.

Part of the reason I think this is worthwhile is that more experienced
Haskellers would be interested in having haskell-report but not
haskell-gentle-introduction installed.

Any comments?

Thanks
Ian
