IA64 is Intel's unsuccessful attempt to devise a new type of CPU. X86-64 AKA
IA32-64 is AMD's new CPU that supports all the X86 ISA we know and hate (with
speed comparable to an Athlon) as well as having a 64bit mode to easily
access lots of memory with more registers and 64bit native math.
