I didn't worry to much about it because we already have all sorts of fake packages in the BTS as is it. "www.debian.org", "project", "general", "tech-ctte", etc. I figured if there were demand for the bug tracking services to continue, we could provide them. On the other hand, debbugs is actively maintained, and I have to wonder how hard it would really be to set up a different BTS for the non-free refugee packages. Still, you're right, it might be a good idea for the GR to indicate the disposition of the BTS. -- G.
