Quite right. I think the short document was intended as a "condensed
version" of the Anarchist FAQ and Proudhons writings.  Thank you for the
link to the Primer though; it is well written.

Anarchy is largely misunderstood by most of those who use it as a
buzzword. Primary sense of this word is `absense of government', which
is very far from common misconception that `anarchy' means `disorder',
compare with Proudon's maxim `Anarchy is Order'.

When people complain "things will descend into chaos!" I smile, because
I have played extensively with fractals, and I know that chaos is very
orderly, but not so orderly as to be boring.  And it is often beautiful.
