You're knitpicking: one can argue that this subject is of relevance not
only to developers who are explicitly interested in licensing issues by
subscribing to -legal, but to all other developers, too.
Also, if you are not interested in the subject, best way to ignore it
is, well, ignore it: there is evidence that at least some people on this
list are interested, and see how this can potentially affect them.
